Per Meridian Yachts Factory Recall Dated February 2, 2011. Meridian Yachts required engine replacement to better manage the exhaust emission levels. Meridian Yachts determined that all [removed phone] gasoline powered 391 Sedans should have the existing engines replaced with NEW, Mercury MerCruiser catalyzed 8.2L HO 425hp engines. Gasoline powered 391 Sedan models from the [removed phone] model years will also receive NEW ZF/Hurth 630A transmissions and NEW Digital Throttle and Shift (DTS) hardward from Mercury. Testing has confirmed that 391 Sedans with the new engines consistently match or outperform the original engine configuration.
